LAMDA（伦敦音乐与戏剧艺术学院），创立于1861年，英国最早的专业学校。于1880年推出了以朗诵、演讲、戏剧表演为手段，集英语学习、素质教育、英语能力测试和出国留学资质为一体的国际化英语学习、考试体系。目前在在欧洲、美国、远东、中东地区和非洲地区享有卓越的盛誉。 演艺英语是与LAMDA教育考试体系配套的英语培训体系，实现了素质教育和英语学习的有机融合。

7月14-17日特邀LAMDA认证考官来中国提供师资培训。受训师资，经考核后签约为该项目正式英文教师。

基本要求
- 性格要求： 活泼开朗，声音洪亮、对孩子有耐心，对英语教学有热情
- 专业要求： 具有一定的文学理解能力和组织会话能力，良好的表现力。
- 英语要求：精通英语听说读写，发音纯正
- 其他要求：认同演艺英语理念， 具有快速的英语学习能力，愿意迎接挑战！
如下条件者优先：
国内外名牌大学英语系、师范系硕士生；
有知名培训机构培训经验；
具有良好的艺术修养、接受过表演方面专业训练；
有英语教学经验者，优先考虑。
注：中外籍均可；
培训内容：
- 性格释放——压力训练；放松训练
- 技巧训练——表演技巧训练；公开演讲训练、及时脱稿和主持技巧训练
- 规范化发音——语音矫正；语调训练；朗诵和发声训练
- 文学修养——文学书籍阅读理解辅导
- 结业测评——对以上所有内容进行综合考评。最后会得到自己公开课的DV以及专家点评。成绩优秀者获得演艺英语教师合格证。凭证上岗，可兼职可全职。

About LAMDA
The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) is the oldest drama school in the United Kingdom. Founded in 1861, it quickly established itself as a centre of excellence in performance training.
